Prepare for the presentation

   We have made our ppt now. We are not sure about the content of the project, but we are all focused on it now. We will put out all our honesty and geniuneness to introduce it. We are all looking forward to it...

The individual works

  After we are all clear about our project, we decided to assign the tasks to individual person so that we can get them done faster.
  We all have some preferred points and we assign our work by that.
  We will all try our best and to make our project done well.

The carry-out of making the plan

  First of all, we needed help so much on making the plan because we are short of theory and we wouldn't know the significances and details of making it. There are actually several prototypes and architectures of making it. The hand-outs from the teachers help us quite a lot, but still we may need more detailed information which we will try to resolve later.
  So much for today. We will try our best!

The brainstorm

  There is a saying that "a good beginning is half the battle", if we don't have our beginning good, we are wasting our time and energy.
  And we think that a good plan can be a good beginning.
  We've decided to make a work breakdown structure so that we each know what tasks we are facing and what resources should we refer to. We also had the risk and contingencies brainstormed and we also will add them into our plan which will be presented in our ppt.
  But before all these, we spent quite much time to figure out the scope of this project so that we would have a guidance to make the plan. Fortunately that we have all these figured out and we are going to the deeper details later.

Our understanding of the theme

  The theme this time is to test the usability of a certain website and try to improve it. It is harder than it looks to be. There are actually many deep meanings and methods behind this theme and most of them we don't even know. But we will try to use the provided methods and theories to do a good test. After the test , we will find some problems, the good parts and the bad parts and then we will get to change them and make them nearly perfect. At last, we hope to see a better modified website on the computer screen, which is user-friendly and relevant to the site's visitors and make them more easily to find the information that they need. We will do our best!

The formation of the group

  Because of not being able to find people to form a group, our group "The constructors" was formed a little late, but we finally made it. The other group member is a girl and we both have passion and faith that we can make a good project this time and she appeared to be very intrested in the theme this time. And we are looking forward to learn something during this project!
